I think I got my initial break out today, or at least part of it. I got about 20-23 whiteheads of various sizes (9 on my left cheek, 4 on my right cheek, 3-4 big ones located on the sides of my nose, then 2-3 very small ones on chin. Aside from this, I haven't felt any of the side effects yet.
