Today, I woke up with a little back soreness but it went away after a couple of minutes. My lips didn't seem to dry at all like yesterday. Most of the zits from that semi-initial breakout all popped on their own so now I just have a bunch of red spots from where they used to be. So far so good. Face hasn't really gotten better or worse, just the same as it has been before. Which I guess is ok.
